Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by means of a clear statement. You can do so by emailing us at hello@coconutinthesnow.com .
Important :
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within the 14-day cancellation period. The goods must be:
In their original packaging
Unopened and unused
In the same condition as when you received them
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please send the items to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method , as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
We will only issue a refund once we have received the goods or received proof of delivery of the returned item(s).
Refunds
We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your order.
There are no additional fees for the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are not eligible for return , including:
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health, hygiene, or protection reasons (if unsealed after delivery)
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date
Goods that are, by nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
